Donations Received
We source our products from NSW Food Bank, warehouses, OzHarvest, and from the community.
We accept donations of excess stock, items on or past their best before date, or if you’d just like to give back to the community.
Community Volunteers
Our store relies heavily on volunteers who want to make a difference in their local community.
Want to help? We have regular and casual delivery driver and in-store shifts available.

Pay-It-Forward
Our store is open Monday - Friday. We also stock emergency $30 essentials hampers for people who are in serious need.
Hampers are available to purchase online or in-store and delivery is available on select days in the Shoalhaven for a flat rate fee of $5.

Nowra Community Food Store is a low cost grocery store for low income earners.
We source our products from NSW Food Bank, clearance warehouses, OzHarvest, and wonderful donations from the community.
The Nowra Community Food Store carries items such as bread, drinks and snacks, canned goods, pantry goods, frozen foods and fresh fruit and veg, as well as a large range of cleaning and house care products and personal care products.
We are a registered charity, providing people with a hand up when they need it most.
